Spiritual Coaching Intensive
12 Weekly Sessions
You are stuck...really stuck and haven't been able to move forward in one or several areas of your life for a long time. You have tried every self improvement program you can think of, but the issue hasn't been resolved. It feels so deeply imbedded in your system that you would swear you were born with it and sometimes wonder if a past life has anything to do with why you haven't been able to change this thing that holds you back. Your soul is calling you to make big changes and the fact that you haven't been able to do it is frustrating and discouraging. You are ready, really ready to transform this situation once and for all.
The intensive program is a combination of spiritual healing and intensive weekly coaching. If appropriate, within the first month of coaching I will do an energy clearing which will unblock deeply embedded patterns you have held at the soul level for a long time. This will begin to free you of programming and negative influences which have kept you from making meaningful changes in your life. Once your spirit is freed of its bindings, weekly coaching sessons help you make the practical changes you deeply desire. I ask that you commit to meeting weekly for a minimum of 8 weeks and from there we mutually decide how to best space the remaining 4 sessions.
Life Upgrade
6 Sessions - 2 to 3 meetings a month
You are ready to define and work toward what really makes you happy in life. In 6 sessions spaced 10 days to 2 weeks apart, we will look at what is most important to you and how you can get more of it. This process will include visioning, needs evaluations and goal setting. It will also include creative focusing exercises and mindset shifting exploration. Prepare to amaze yourself as you set the course of your future in each moment of each session. Your life upgrade is customized to assist you in making the breakthroughs which lead to true fulfillment, empowerment, confidence and results.
Life Check-in
3 Sessions - meetings as needed
You are clear about your needs, values and goals and have an established plan for success. Your life direction is so compelling that it draws you forward to the next steps. But every so often you feel the need to check-in with an intuitive and objective professional who can help you stay clear and work out little glitches in your mindset or confidence. You are generally positive, focused and very capable of staying on track, but you benefit greatly from semi regular coaching which keeps your track smooth as you move along it.
Single Session - for previous clients
We have worked together on an ongoing basis, and you got so much benefit that you can usually coach yourself. But there is something about your current situation that you can't see clearly or get past. You need just one session to unlock your perception and help you gain insight into the next step.
